Rob started with Frontier Toyota in 1983. His first duties were as a lot attendant, he then earned his stripes as a service advisor, service manager then transferred into the sales department. After graduating from Automotive Studies from the Georgian College of Applied Arts and Technology, Rob was promoted to the General Manager position. Rob manages the day-to-day operations of the dealership and takes pride in continuing the reputation Frontier Toyota has gained for itself since 1975. Rob has always believed in the company philosophy that "Treat your customers as you would like to be treated". Even though the phrase may be a cliche, it has been ingrained in the Frontier philosophy from the first day the doors were opened. Over the years, Rob has experienced many changes within the company, but there are three things that will never change: we have the best customers, the best employees and a product second to none. Having graduated from the University of Manitoba with a certificate from the Institute of Management, Anita began her career with Frontier in 2000. Anita maintains a high level of professionalism and customer service - a standard that her clients have come to know and appreciate. Anita always goes the extra mile for her customers and believes that everyone deserves the best service and consideration possible. Clients are the foundation of our livelihood and Anita's dedication to providing these standards contributes to our organization's overall success.
Greg started his career with Frontier Toyota in 2000 as a product advisor. Greg's excellent rapport with customers and co-workers has helped his advancement into management and has made him a definite asset to the Frontier Family. Greg is a firm believer that buying a new or pre-owned vehicle should be a fun, enjoyable experience.
Michael joined Frontier in 2001 and has been a great asset to not only his customers but also to his fellow associates. Michael prides himself on providing his clients with the most outstanding service which they have come to rely on. Michael's professionalism and warm personality definitely attract many new and regular clients. Michael prides himself on keeping up to date on new technology which not only is a benefit to himself, but also to his many clients.
Shayna joined Frontier in 2009 having 25 years experience in the customer service field, twelve of those in the automotive industry. Shayna's bubbly personality and dedication to customer service has been a great benefit to Frontier Toyota.
Allan started with Frontier in 2003, and after a short break returned in 2009. Allan's sincerity and customer dedication, coupled with his years of experience keep customers, their friends and family coming back time and time again.
Having literally grown up in the automotive industry, Danny joined Frontier in 2008. He is involved in many aspects of the industry but Pre-owned Sales is his expertise. His experience, wisdom and knowledge in all makes and models of vehicles are a great asset to Frontier and to all his past & future clients.
Roger has been in the automotive business for over 40 years, he began selling the Toyota product in 1981 and joined Frontier Toyota in 1989. When Roger is not at work taking care of his long-time clients you can find him dividing his time between a number of charitable organizations such as the Transcona Kiwanis Club, Transcona Jaycees Daycare Centre and the St. Amant Centre.
Grant joined the Frontier team in November of 1984. He worked his way up through the ranks starting out as a Car Jockey, then as a Parts Driver, a Parts Advisor, Service Advisor, Body Shop Manager, and now his current position as Service Manager. Grant has won multiple Toyota President Pride awards (which is the benchmark for excellence in Service related performance). Other accolades from Toyota Canada include excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction and retention. Grant has a great interest in hot rods and sports cars and over the years has restored many classic muscle cars. His current project is his Ferrari replica. He also enjoys great food and wine and is a passionate cook along with his wife.
Amanda joined the Frontier family as a receptionist 11 years ago. She moved up into the Service Department shortly afterwards. Her excellent customer service skills have earned her many accolades and awards from Toyota and Frontier. In her spare time, Amanda can be found playing slo-pitch, and many outdoor activities. Amanda currently owns a Corolla Sport with some TRD accessories.
Stacey joined the Frontier family 5 1/2 years ago. She came with experience in customer service and the automotive industry gained from an automotive business owned by her and her husband. Stacey is a recent Toyota Canada Presidents Pride Award winner for outstanding customer service. In her spare time, she is a proud hockey mom, getting involved in as many ways as possible, and has a passion for travel.
Danielle recently joined the Frontier family last fall. She previously worked in the automotive industry as an entry-level lube technician and now as a Service Advisor for our customers. After only a couple months on the job Danielle purchased herself a 2013 Matrix.
Chris has been involved in automotive parts and service for almost 25 years and has been the Parts Manager at Frontier Toyota for the past 14 years. Our motto-"Treat customers as you would want to be treated" is very evident in the Frontier Toyota parts department, and Chris prides himself on having one of the best parts teams on the prairies. Although they feature and promote genuine Toyota parts and accessories, Chris and his team are renowned for supplying parts and accessories for all makes and models at very competitive prices. Chris and his team have been awarded Toyota's Presidents Pride Award numerous times in recognition of their outstanding commitment to customer service.
